Refund policy

 Size exchanges: Size Exchange are possible but subject to a service charge. Customers are responsible for the delivery costs associated with the exchange and service charge of N3,000. No refund is provided. Please order your correct size to avoid these issues. We added "service charge" to cover for packaging, print outs and man hour repacking the exchange  items for you/  . (Item MUST not be worn).

Change of mind: No refund is offered for change of mind after you have ordered. You can change size if needed. See above.

Faulty Items: Please notify us within 24 hours when you receive your order if its faulty. A replacement will be provided. Next working day if you are within Lagos or 5 workings days outside Lagos. If none of these
options are satisfactory, a refund can be requested.

Refunds . Refunds are applicable only if the items that you ordered are sold out. In such cases, customers will be notified and offered a refund or an alternative product.

We will not process return or refund after 72 hours when your
order is delivered. This is very important.
